Committee Purpose:
To increase membership; welcome new members; answer members’ questions; keep members informed of current activities; bill for and receive annual dues payments (done in conjunction with General Membership Meeting announcements mailed by Secretary); track member renewal dates.
Fiscal Year Objectives:
- Increase membership by 50 new members
- Mail quarterly newsletter to all residents/property owners
- Quarterly dues billing with meeting announcements
- Annual January mailing to re-recruit previous members
- Annual July mailing to all addresses re Annual Meeting
