The Annual Meeting and Picnic is held on the Saturday after the second Thursday in July each year. The election of Board members is at this time. Beautification Day volunteers will also be recognized.
A barbeque meal begins at 1:00 pm and members are asked to bring a dessert. Beautification Day t-shirts are for sale as well as Bob Rankin prints of past t-shirts. Come and join the fun.
Members are encouraged to bring prospective new members as guests.
